However, we would like to bring to your attention that the pool heating service will not be available during the months of December, January, and February.
The pool is equipped with a spa that provides a relaxing experience, and we would like to inform you that the water temperature is similar to that of the pool and not as high as a hot tub. Furthermore, it is important to note that the spa's heating feature operates in conjunction with the pool heating service, as both are attached. Therefore, the spa's heating feature cannot be used separately.
Please be advised that any parties or events held on the property are strictly prohibited. Any violation of this policy will result in the forfeiture of the security deposit, and exceptions will not be made.
