Property was as pictured. Used the oven, dishwasher and washer/dryer. All worked fine. We needed a pizza cutter, which was not provided. The freezer is VERY skinny and we had to remove shelves in order to get our frozen pizzas in there. Hot water did not work in the master bathroom. The handle does not go over to the hot side. We only got lukewarm water in that shower and in the sink even after letting it run for 15 minutes (as instructed). The water temperature in the other full bath and 1/2 bath was great. The handheld shower in the other full bath did not work. Great communication in reporting these concerns. They sent someone out but both times it didn't get fixed. The paper states they don't provide wash cloths for sanitary reasons, which is weird to me. What is the difference between the towels/hand towels and wash cloths? The paper also instructs you to take out your garbage and dispose of it in the community dumpsters. We drove all around the area and were unable to locate these dumpsters. Through e-mails/texts, we were finally asked to just leave it on the bench on the porch, which we did. We went to look at the pool and that area was nice, but small. There were no chairs available. The property met our needs and I would stay there again.
