Very clean, but one of the main reasons we stayed was for the breakfast. Even though its very limited, they do offer waffles, eggs and (unfortunately, seasoned) potatoes (my we dont care to much for the seasoning). A few fruits, mini muffins, coffee, yogurt, and juices. If your staying there just to sleep, it does its job. Easy access to the highway for Disney. If your there for work, or to relax. It might be a little difficult with the helicopter pad out front. This is our second stay here. We did have a lizard in the room, but it quickly ran into the cracks of the walls. Also, they did not change the tiny bottles for the body wash. We I went to the desk to tell them about it, they helped a person that came in behind me, first. Wasnt to happy about that. Especially at 11pm amd just wanted a shower and sleep.

We loved it . Although breakfast area is a little small but not a deal breaker we only got to eat breakfast once but it was decent if stay again my ONLY issue is the pool does not work BUT their sister hotel lets you use theirs.

My fiance and I are moving to Florida and we stayed here for two weeks while looking for a house. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the hotel is much cleaner than others I have stayed in for a similar price. The location couldn’t be more convenient if you’re driving due to having a back entrance you can use to directly access Poinciana Blvd without getting on 192. I highly recommend this location. Shout out to Melissa and Jean Pierre at the front desk for making me feel so welcome!

Average Budget Hotel.

The room we stayed in was almost in a broken condition. Lights had to be hit a couple of times to make it work. The table clock showed wrong time and won't set to the correct time even after multiple tries. The bathroom had fixtures coming out though they were in a working condition. Break fast area is small so became crowded when more people came in. Had difficulty talking to the breakfast and housekeeping staff in English. They were native Spanish speakers wouldn't understand anything in English.

The front desk staff was rude. Beware incidentals hold is $100. The pool is down. The coffee machine in lobby is down. The exterior door was so settled you could see daylight through it. And it did not lock properly. The bathroom door also did not shut all the way. The shower curtain rod was rusted out. The ac unit was half working. When i made a complaint through hotels.com the property agent said i spoke to him. I never spoke to a man at all. I was never offered compensation. They refuse to refund anything saying we canceled. We stayed the length of our reservation.

Possible theft?

Check-in was pleasant enough, the clerk wasn’t super personable. The room was clean and comfortable. The only issue I had and it will keep me from staying here again, a random charge appeared on my card at 3:03am the night of my stay. When I brought it to the clerk’s attention the following morning, her intersection definitely led me to believe she knew it was a dishonorable action and/or who did it. Her tone when she said, “I’m going to screenshot this and send it to my manager,” also led me to believe that this might have happened before. She did immediately refund the charge. But the whole thing made me very uneasy and I do hope the clerk working who did this was reprimanded.
