I had an amazing stay at this home! It was immaculately clean and incredibly spacious, making it the perfect choice for our group. The location was fantastic, conveniently close to various shopping venues and restaurants, which made it easy to explore and enjoy the area.One of the highlights of our stay was the thoughtfully designed amenities. We loved having a movie theater for movie nights—it was such a fun and unique feature. The pool table and lounge area provided great entertainment for everyone, and the dining room table was large enough to comfortably seat all 12 of us, which was a huge plus for group meals.The outdoor area was just as impressive, with a pool and space to relax and unwind. Beautiful Home with All You Need!!

Excellent home with everything that is advertised In the listing and more!! The theater was a family favorite during our visit! The pool and jacuzzi were clean and worked perfectly! The host is very welcoming and willing to help with any questions or other matters which may arise! I would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area

Fantastic Stay

My fiance (now wife!) and I stayed at this property the weekend of my wedding and could not have been happier with it. Abe, the owner, was extremely helpful and responsive if we had any issues or questions. We had multiple gatherings here prior to the day of the wedding and it was perfect for hosting. Large indoor space and a clean pool. The location was perfect as well. Far enough away from the hustle and bustle of Disney traffic but close enough to be an easy drive to it. I cannot say enough nice things about the property and the owner. Would rent this property again!

Great location, amazing clubhouse, huge house with a number of minor issues

We stayed for a week in March with a large family and had plenty of space for everyone to relax and visit. So many options for everyone to enjoy - foosball, pool, TV, swimming, hot tub, movie theater. The location was convenient to Disney (20-30 min) and the clubhouse was a big hit for everyone. We had a number of small issues, none of them preventing us from wanting to visit again, but things we would have assumed would be working like: - Pool was extremely dirty when we arrived, but this was resolved within a day - 2nd fridge doesn't work at all - ice maker doesn't dispense ice at all - Freezer doesn't close properly so it can be easily left open ajar and cause things to thaw - Parking on the street - we were told to park on the street but not warned that you cannot park on the grass, and had 3 cars barely on the grass (6") who all received written warning stickers that were stuck to our driver side windows so well that it took literally hours of scraping and scrubbing to remove them. Overall, it is a great space with so many amenities and options and we would probably visit again despite the few issues.

Best vacation ever❤️

Our stay at Abe and Bella’s home was fantastic. The kids enjoyed the pool, and the adults lived in the amazing hot tub. The pool table and home theater are so much fun! Even with 11 adults, and 3 kids there was plenty room for quiet time. The area was quiet and really enjoyed walking my dog. Great communication with Abe, and he resolved any issues quickly ( very few). I would definitely recommend this home, and host. We are all ready planning a trip back to this amazing place! But this time we plan on 10 days!!!! Thank you Abe and Bella

Family Birthday gathering

Wonderful home and its as advertised. Four night stay for a long weekend to celebrate 2 family member's birthdays. Everyone who stayed and our visitors were more than pleased with your home and what it had to offer. Paid for the 24 hour pool heating and 3 day minimum grill rental. Two minor hiccups. Both grills were locked and one tank was empty while the other was half full. Contacted Abe and received a timely response which rectified all. Grill was only used on last day so I recommend checking it upon arrival to avoid any unexpected circumstances. The main refrigerator leaks from the bottom when the drinking water dispenser is utilizedThe customer service provided by Abe was stellar. He reached out (via phone call) prior to my arrival date to discuss the cost of the additional services I requested. I appreciate good customer service and that was well provided. Looking forward to our next visit. Thank you again for making your home available.

Great space!

We came here for our son’s wedding. The house was incredible! Loved the features and the atmosphere! Everything was as advertised. We did have to communicate with the owner over a leaky refrigerator and he was very attentive. The last two days I had questions regarding the laundry and he did not write back at all. I’m sure they were busy, we figured it out, but communication would have been nice. Overall it’s a great property, a great location and a great space! Thanks Bella and Abe! We did love your place!!!

Good property for Disney visit

Very clean and spacious house for family reunion. 9 bedrooms of which we used 6. Spacious kitchen/dining area downstairs and game room/hangout area upstairs. And garage turned into a theatre room! Close and convenient to Disney parks. Downsides/reasons for 4-star instead of 5-star: - Heated pool & hot tub advertised in title yet $35/day (min 3 days) charge for heat only listed far down in description. How can one advertise “hot tub” only to tack on charge to make hot tub actually hot? - Way too much communication and too many interruptions: Day 1: 27 text messages, phone call, handyman for 1 hour which turned into 2 hours Day 2: another phone call, another handyman visit Day 3: 9 more text messages, yet another handyman visit - Washing machine didn’t work so we couldn’t do laundry before leaving for our cruise and will have to spend extra time/money doing laundry on cruise If there weren’t extra fees, overcommunication, daily handyman interruptions, and if everything in house had worked, then it’d be a 5-star experience. I’d like to think we were just unlucky with timing and it’s usually a 5-star experience. Owners definitely seem to care and try to give guests a great experience. So I’d still recommend giving this property a try.

Walker Family Review

My family and I stayed in the Disney Luxury Home of Mr. and Mrs. Abe Ashville this past week November 15 -19, 2023. We really enjoyed staying in the house, as it was beautifully decorated and was very clean and neat. The theme in each child's bedroom was a different Disney Character. The rooms were all creatively decorated. We especially enjoyed the theater room. The teenagers loved this room so much that they tried to sleep in it. We enjoyed the house immensely, as we spent the majority of our vacation time in the house. We didn't want to leave it.

Nice home. Easy check-in. A few issues but were addressed and corrected. Lots of activities and games for everyone to enjoy. Excellent for large groups or families. Terrific Family Vacation!

We spent one fun-filled week at Abe and Bella’s property. The property was clean and the themed rooms for the children were amazing-especially the Harry Potter room. We will definitely be renting this property again should we return to Orlando as a large group. It is central to everything you could possibly need and only a 10 minute drive to Disney. A Great Home to create Great memories!

This home was everything you hoped it would be and everything it said it would be in its listing. I booked this home for a Brotherhood Retreat/Getaway weekend. We were a group of 6 and the space was more than enough for us. The room sizes are good, the layout was perfect, and the home was very comfortable. Abe, the host was very great to work with, very communicative, and responsive. He took time to share features of the home and took time to answer questions. He really wants you to have a good time and enjoy the home. The home has everything! Pool, Spa, Grills, games, located near grocery stores and restaurants. No need to bring extra towels or floats for the pool, everything you need is there! This home exceeded our expectations and allowed us to create new memories and we will definitely stay here again! Thanks Abe for being such a great host and I hope to stay in your property again!

Annual family trip

The place was amazing, the early check in fee due to flight changes was not cool, also the pool and hot tub didn't heat besides those 2 issues it was one of the best houses I've stayed at and I travel 5-7 times a year.

Thankgiving vacation

I had to ask for the code of the door 12 hours after I was to get it. We arrive to a dirty pool and hot house. My stay was good. Enjoyed the big kitchen. Everyone had a great time.

Fantastic Home!

Amazing house for large group with 9 bedrooms and 6 baths exactly as described. Our multigenerational family had a wonderful stay. Our amazing trip started with a phone call from Mr. Asheville the day before arrival. The call was a welcome call providing explanations of amenities, how to access the property and invitation to notify him if anything was needed. It was a great peace of mind as we started out for our trip. The ping pong table in the very clean garage area was a blast for our group with seating for observers. 2 washers and 2 dryers helped keep up with the laundry. Tons of towels for pool and bathrooms. The kitchen was stocked nicely with appropriate utensils. Dishes and cups included plastic ware, perfect for the kiddos. Glass and stoneware for the adults. 2 refrigerators managed food items and kept drinks cold. Amazing dining seating for large family meals both in the dining area and on the lanai. The lanai was immaculate with 2 gas grills and beautiful pool and spa. We had questions on the heat for the pool and the owner responded immediately. Convenient access to a pool bath from the lanai which is connected to the master suite. Nice sitting area for TV or conversation. Ground floor front bedroom has 2 queens with ample room and storage. Master suite is large with storage and chair for relaxing. Nice master bath with separate shower and garden tub. Upstairs was wonderful for this family with 5 little girls under the age of 6. This loft space buffered the squeals of the tiny princesses and provided tons of space for princess dancing. The pool table, foosball and poker table were well kept but unfortunately we did not have time to enjoy them. This was the perfect space for their toys, coloring, legos etc. The bedroom configuration was exactly as described. The Mickey/Minnie Mouse room has small plastic decals on the wall of a mouse hole with Mickey and Minnie. The 2 and 3 year old granddaughters loved this detail! The princess bedroom has carriage frames which the older granddaughters adored. There is a really neat Harry Potter room with great lighting. I can’t thank our hosts enough for opening their home for my family to have such a wonderful vacation. Thank you for the hospitality.

We celebrated my mothers 80th b-day here

We had a ball celebrating my mother's 80th b-day. We enjoyed the pool and the jacuzzi. The rooms were very comfortable and plenty of room for everyone. It was a great house. Abe was always available when we had questions. He is a great host. Thank you Abe for allowing us to celebrate my mom's birthday.
