Very nice and spacious home for family on vacation

The house is very nice and spacious, and in a great neighborhood, close to everything. Outdoor dining chairs cushions was not in such a good shape on the dining table needed to be rested. Other than that, I will Rent it again.

Too many Rules!!!!

Roaches were in one of the kids room and the kitchen. The air conditioning upstairs does not cool and no adjusting allowed or the threaten to charge your card. Fees to use grill and to heat pool. We came from NC and had family in Fl and no visitors were allowed. There is a quiet time curfew.

We had a good stay, the house was fairly clean. Not many pots or pans. The AC broke and started leaking into the floor on the upper floor. Maintanence came twice to fix it before the end of our stay.

Awesome flat with gorgeous lake view

Very large house with very nice bedrooms. Comfortable beds, great pool with astonishing lake view. Very quiet place in a clean gated community. We didn't miss anything. Perfect for vacation. Less than 30 mins to Disney. But be aware: Our Chevrolet Suburban fitted very close between sideway and garage. One day we got a fine for "parking on sideway" because the car stood a little bit on the sidewalk.
