The home was beautiful and nicely equipped!

The property is in need of some renovation and updating, but it suited our family’s needs. We discovered the pool was low on water about the fourth day of our stay and that caused the pool heater not to work. That was disappointing since we payed too much for the heating anyway. Only got to use the pool one time during our stay and it was still cold water.

looks can be deceiving

This is a beautiful home in need of some serious maintenance and TLC. My group (11 women in total) arrived on a Friday, a day before we we're scheduled to perform at the Southern Women's Show. Prior to out arrival (days before our arrival) I was in constant communication with the management company to ensure everything we wanted was available at the property...i.e. a pool and a grill. I was assured that the pool and grill we're in working order and free for the group to use. My group arrived on a Friday to a HOT house. The central air unit was blowing out hot air even though it was set to cool and 70 degrees. We tried to open the patio doors to get a cool breeze in the main part of the house but quickly had to close the doors back again. Although the patio is screened in there were several spots were the screen was missing so mosquitoes,dragonflies, moths,and lizards were always attempting to come into the house when the patio door was open. None if the TV's were hooked to the cable, the pool had not been cleaned, the grill had rust and mold on it, the battery for the alarm keypad was going dead- the keep pad said so and kept beeping-the curtains were covered in a think layer of dust and the wifi information emailed to me was completely different than the information at the property-the wifi information emailed to me was incorrect. I called the property management company immediately to tell them of my concerns. A maintenance crew came out. The were able to call the cable company and connect the cable to all of the TV's do they would work. But that was all they were able to fix. I spent the rest of the weekend trying to convince the property management company that the house was too hot for use to utilze the downstairs at all. (Thankfully the upstairs was on a separate ac unit and we were able to sleep at night). I spent most of my stay on the phone with or leaving messages for the management company. I missed out on a lot of my group's events. I was offered a solution of moving to a different property with more square footage and the same number of bedrooms but only 3 bathrooms. Not a viable solution at all for 11 plus size models that need to put on show make-up and the second property was farther away from our venue. What was supposed to be a great relaxing weekend turned out to be anything but. The AC unit was not fixed during our stay nor was the grill cleaned. We made it through the our stay with box fans and citronella candles.

Great home with plenty of space for our family gathering.

Absolutely enjoyed every minute at this property with my family. Every concern or care we had was handled professionally and fast. The home is clean and neat. Only issue was no TV in every bedroom and a wasp nest was on one of the balconies. Great location to stores and food places. I would recommend the place to anyone. Will visit again.
