I’ve stayed on this resort before in the townhouses. I was excited to upgrade to an actual house. While the home is as pictured the couches and chairs were stained and just worn. When I woke up to cook breakfast for my family there were 2 cockroaches in the sink. I reached out to vasca who came out and sprayed. But throughout our stay we would wake up to dead roaches in the morning on the floor.

South facing pool was great. Home is pretty basic. Unable to open door to "garage games room", no window so it feels like your in a dark basement. One of the king mattresses was like a concrete pad, others were good. Resort itself is fantastic. We've stayed at 4 different houses here, this was the most "basic" but comparably priced.

Clean space, but serious safety concerns. - Furniture

This house was very clean and, for the most part, as advertised. Our only problems were the dining room chairs and a broken TV in the main living room. I read some other reviews about the dining room chairs being broken, but I decided to rent this place despite what I read. Well, I fell off one of the chairs due to a broken leg. I weigh about 202 lbs, so I don't think there is a weight capacity issue. Several other chairs were very loose as well making it hard for us to make use of the table. I called the property management company. They played a good game, but no one ever came to fix anything, including the TV. I wouldn't recommend renting this place until at least the dining room chairs issue is resolved. Fortunately, it was not one of my children who fell off the chair and bruised their elbows as I did. As a business owner, I hate writing bad reviews, but these issues need to be addressed for safety.

Awful check in and they stole from us

We waited over 3 hours to clear the gate at the neighborhood because the property manager failed to add us to the security list. Once we got to the home we found furniture in disaray and broken leaving us unable to eat as family at the dinning rool table. Furthermore, an hour after leaving the property at check out we reported two missing items (elves on the shelf) 6 days later they have no answer for where they are (although they sat on the table right inside the door) and no compensation for the disaterous check in process

Only stay here if you want to be extremely disappointed I asked back in August for them to heat the pool before I arrived never got done even though it was in my notes. Also, they never added my name as a guest so I was harassed every time I entered and trying to use the lazy River I was given 3 different phone numbers to call and nobody ever answered

Great stay

It was overall a great stay! We were a bit disappointed because our pool heat didn’t work for the last part of our stay, after a few days lapse they did try and fix the issue so kudos for the effort but the texting communication wasn’t all that great. The phone support was much better. Thank you for the help.

Just the right home for us

As a large family of 15 ranging in age from 18 months to 66 years. The space was perfect. Loved the open spacious main floor and master bedroom. The upstairs bedrooms were perfect configuration for our needs. Teens enjoyed the games room area and everyone enjoyed the pool which was the perfect size for us. Would have liked the pool heating to be included in the house fees. Will surely love to return again some day soon.
