This brand-new, luxury townhome is located in the desirable Champions Gate golf community! Nestled in an ideal location, Champions Gate is close to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios, multiple world-renowned golf courses, and delicious dining options. Right within the townhome's community, enjoy having access to a clubhouse, fitness center, pools, a splash pad, a lazy river, athletic courts, and of course, two beautiful 18-hole Greg Norman-designed golf courses.

The interior of the townhome is inspired by Florida's sunshine and the magic of Walt Disney World, making it an ideal landing point for your next family vacation!

As you walk inside, you will quickly take notice of the living room's soft sofa and Smart TV. The adjacent dining area is equipped with a large dining table, perfect for family-style meals. Before eating together, whip up delicious dishes in the fully equipped kitchen, complete with marble countertops, stainless steel appliances, and all of the kitchen utensils you can imagine.

The home's four bedrooms ensure everyone's comfort. The kid's room is decorated with a Mickey Mouse-inspired theme and the rest of the rooms all have soft linens, Smart TVs, and central air. A private washer/dryer, internet access, and board games round out the interior perks.

Outside, the covered lanai features a floral backdrop, perfect for photo sessions. Spend your days here, swimming in the turquoise pool and dining al fresco at the outdoor dining table.

All guests shall abide by the good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM
No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.
All guests who reserve our townhome will have free access to the Oasis clubhouse and its fitness center, splash pad, lazy river with water slide, huge pool, volleyball courts, tennis courts, and many more amenities. There's also a restaurant in the clubhouse and a tiki bar outside.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
