Disney Family Vacation
As a family of 6 we enjoyed the private pool and the water park area that this property offered but there were several negatives to this stay and due to that we will not return to this property again. The Host was very delayed in returning responses to all messages sent and some replies seemed AI generated as they didn’t fully help answer ours questions. We called the number provided 2 times in an emergency and no answer or call returned. We never received the QR code to enter thru the gate by txt or email and had to retrieve the code from the main office. There is no actual bed as in furniture in the master bedroom, only mattress and box spring laying on carpet. Also the dressers are cheaply made and drawers do not open and close well in any of the rooms. The smallest Spider-Man beds is in poor condition. The cleanliness of the front entrance was not a great first impression as there was left over trash in the bottom of trash can and the lid was broke on it. There was mulch everywhere on sidewalk and steps. Also when we first arrived, the front door knob doesn’t stay on well and comes off soon as it is shut every time. There was only one trashcan trash bag for kitchen area and not enough toilet paper for the entire house for a family of 6 and only a 3.5 day stay. Could not get the back sliding doors to properly lock. For the most part it was a decent stay but due to our negatives we found we will not return in the future.
