***GUEST ACCESS AND PARKING*** Guests will have access to the entire house for themselves. The house has a driveway that can accommodate up to 3. Also there is overflow parking about 250 feet down the same street. No street parking allowed. This House does not feature a movie room.

** BBQ GRILL We provide a small 18 inches charcoal grill at no cost ***The Charcoal grill if free upon request. It needs to be requested prior arrival or the day of arrival before 5 pm*** If you need to outsource the propane gas grill or other gears please contact us for arrangements as we have a full variety of items available. (Extra cost)

**PET POLICY PET FEE OF $150 per pet. Only small dogs under 40 pounds allowed. Please inform us if you have a pet that is traveling with you. Any damages or extra cleaning needed will be charged.

Linens and towels are provided at the start of your stay. - Washcloths are not provided. Those are considered as personal items.

Mostly good. Advertise for 14. 9 in our group. Not enough plates, silverware for our group. Used plastic and paper. No microwave bowls, few serving bowls. Secure community.

Nice and pleasant

Overall, the house is nice, but clean and pleasant. We had some issues with appliances and the owner tried to help but clearly, they keep it "no frills". We were the asked to collect towels, adjust thermostat which we thought was strange.

Lasso Drive

Beautiful home with ample space to spend time with family in the Orlando area. Definitely recommend to everyone if you are looking for a home that feels like home. Everything as described and best thing, plenty of bathroom so no one has to wait for one.

Nice House

We enjoyed our stay at the property. House was nice, conveniently located, and just the right size for our occasion. From the moment we booked there was great communication from the hosts. There was an issue with the pool not being clean and we were unable to use it on our first day. After reaching out to the hosts we learned that there had been a bad storm that caused mud and debris to be in the pool. Upon hearing our frustrations the hosts were very helpful in sending out a pool guy to clean and we were able to enjoy the pool the morning before our departure. I definitely would recommend this property and look forward to rebooking this property or one similar in the near future!!!
