This was a very poor rental experience.The unit was clearly not cleaned before our arrival. There was urine on the bathroom walls (appearing to be from a dog), the microwave was full of food crumbs, and the stovetop and counters were dirty. The furniture had visible stains from spills that had not been wiped down, and there was even a random dog bone left on the floor, which was concerning since I had my own dog with me.Basic necessities were not provided, no hand soap in the bathroom and no detergent for the washer/dryer.We notified the hosts immediately and sent photos. A cleaner was eventually sent, but she barely addressed the issue, quickly wiped part of the wall, showed clear attitude, and tried to leave. We had to stop her to wipe the microwave. Even after that, there was still urine left on the wall that was never properly cleaned.Communication was extremely poor. Messages were ignored or met with generic, copy/paste responses, and no meaningful effort was made to fix the situation.Overall, the property felt neglected and poorly managed. The beds were rock hard and the entire setup felt like the absolute bare minimum.I would strongly advise avoiding this rental. It is not worth the risk, spend more and stay somewhere that is actually clean and properly maintained.
