Not worth it

The place was old and gross. Had a weird smell in the hallways. Mismatched paint. Scratches all over the walls and doors. Shower was brown and still had soap in there from who knows when. Wouldn’t recommend.

This has to be one of my worse experiences ever in a hotel. I booked through hotel .com and the staff at the front desk was nothing but rude and not helpful at a. They told me it was a third party company and they couldn’t help me with my reservation. So eventually I got to my room and it had wet towels behind the room door. Also the lock was broke on the door I asked to be switched to rooms and she told me no sorry we’re full and that hotel was not full. Then later I went to go get dollars for the vending machine I politely lasted her if she had dollars I had quarters because it only took dollars and her sponsor was do you have money for it . I will never ever stay at a best western again even after I bought a voucher to use from your hotel So disappointing and I will not recommend that hotel to anyone

We arrived at 4 25 pm. Check in went ok. Asked for a 1 st floor and was told the hotel was very busy and i had to take what room i was given. That was ok. We were given a 2nd floor room , when we opened the door the room was a mess. Housekeeping had not touched it yet. We where issued another room this ti.e on the 1 st floor. Later that day to toilet was clogged, i went to the desk and was handed a plunger and we told she would help 9f needed but she couldn't leave the desk.

Room was fine, beds were comfortable and staff was very friendly. Didnt much care for the shower but thats a personal preference (too narrow and a little slippery). Overall a nice place, would stay there again.

Not a terrible hotel

Staff was friendly and helpful. We never utilized the free breakfast. Rooms seemed a bit small, they dont use comforters on their beds so it was a bit chilly and the beds were really hard.

This property was very rundown. Every piece of equipment in the gym was broken. The lobby bathrooms were filthy and when the desk was informed they only posted an out of order sign on the doors instead of getting them cleaned. 3 people fell at different times in the breakfast room and upon letting staff know the reason they only responded by propping up a yellow slippery floor sign instead of drying the carpet under the a/c wall vent that was soaked and when the people stepped from the wet carpet onto the tile floor they slipped and fell. The rooms toilet clogged each time the restroom was used and asked the staff for a plunger but instead of them bringing it up to the room and unclogging it, they handed us a plastic bag with the plunger in it and it had mold and dried feces in the bottom of the bag. How incredibly unsanitary and lack of concern for their guests health and wellbeing. The sheets felt wet and a bit slimy making us feel uncomfortable as we tried to sleep and the beds were extremely soft and felt like sleeping in a ditch. Upon checking out we looked down at the floor from the front desk to the door and noticed a trail of blood droplets, so gross that we had to take big steps as to not step on them while carrying luggage. This Best Western property was the absolute worst I’ve ever stayed in but guaranteed I never would again!!! Very poorly ran!!

The building was old. Paint peeling in the pool area. Shower in pool area broken and no towels. My room was very damp to the point my socks were wet walking on the carpet. Room smelled very musty.

We were next to pool on one side and elevator on the other. Loud until late at night. The elevator going up and down all night was nonstop and couldn't sleep. Breakfast was decent. Had to ask for linens for pull out bed and enough towels for three people
