The rooms were clean. And the a/c was nice. The 20.00 bag hold prior to the check ins is not too bad. They took 5 luggage bags. And 3 back packs for 20.00. It was convenient.

I stayed here for four nights in January. Unfortunately, this was one of the worst hotel experiences I have had. For 3 out of the 4 nights, there was no hot water in the shower. In the middle of an NYC winter, taking cold/lukewarm showers is unacceptable. Despite notifying the front desk, the issue was not resolved in a timely manner. While the location was good (we were in Long Island City right near Queens), staff did not offer any support beyond telling us to keep running water (which we did every night). Especially in the winter, a proper functioning shower (with at least warm water is a basic requirement. I expected much better for the price and for this level of hotel. I cannot recommend this hotel to others traveling during winter months.

The bed mattress was hard but all in all good value for money... It's only 20 minutes from Manhattan... The Area may not be for everyone but I felt pretty safe ... There are some good fast food sports such as wing stop, Wendy's, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell close ...

I enjoyed my stay here! The staff was friendly and held our bags free of charge while we explored the city prior to our check in. Great location, only a few minutes away from the subway & a short train ride into Manhattan. We felt very safe walking around. I’d definitely stay again!

The room window was broken and it was really cold outside and inside. Luckily the heater was working however it was very loud. We asked to change the room but were refused. Also they promised me to return some part of money for this but it were just a lies.
