Very unhappy with the check-in. I was told my two rooms were not ready when we arrived at 3pm. Desk agent said they were sorry, grab a bite to eat or wait and would text when it was ready and it wouldn't be long. By 5pm I still had not heard anything and went back. She apologized and 15mins later said it was ready. We were tired, had much to do and were very frustrated with the situation. Not a good Marriott experience.

No wash rag for the 3 days I stayed. Staff couldn't find any. Overcrowded breakfast so had to skip everyday. Construction crew outside wakes us up before 8am... otherwise hotel was very clean and great workers
