Nice getaway!

The condo owner did a great job of thinking of everything that someone on vacation might need. Very clean and much of the ocean side of the complex has been rebuilt and modernized. One caution, much like the Lou Saban commercial about an AB&B, don’t get their one minute early for the 4pm check-in. The door code won’t work until exactly 4pm.

Comfortable Oceanfront Oasis

Comfortable Oceanfront Condo. The views from the balcony are amazing. The condo has everything you need for a perfect vacation. The pool area is wonderful and you are steps from the beach and you can walk or bike for miles.

Best Beach Vacation Ever!!!!!

This was a great place to relax and unwind. The condo was bigger than we expected. It was super clean. All furniture very comfortable. The area is very family friendly. It’s not a party atmosphere. Lots of nice places to eat nearby. Our favorite was Chase’s (on the beach). Very quiet and felt secluded even though in a condo. Never heard any noise thru the walls. The pools were super clean and loved the easy beach access. Already talking about our next trip back. 10000000% recommend this place!!!!

Our Happy Place

The condo was the nicest one we have ever rented. Our first time to NSB and it’s a beautiful beach and area. We will be back.The only issues were, bathroom sinks had very low water pressure and check in is late and check out is to early.It will be our go to place, though,as it is nice and great location.

The condo was as listed. Beyond that there were touches that went above and beyond the normal listing, such as a “in case you forgot” toiletry bag and a bottle of prosciutto in the wine fridge as a welcome gift.

Family Beach Vacation

The room was clean with easy access and great views right on the beach. The 2 bedroom 2 bath layout was very spacious. The check-in/check-out process was very convenient with the key code being activated at our check in time. The beach wasn’t crowded, which was nice. The only small complaint we had was being charged a cleaning fee, but having to pay to wash the beach towels before we checked out. This is a small gripe, but we had to download an app, put money in the app, and do laun

Omg the view!

Private balcony served as a romantic dinner spot! Watching waves from the bed was spectacular! Moonrises and sunrises on the beach were remarkable! This place offered everything - chairs umbrellas games wifi roku full kitchen with all utensils dishes cookware. We will be back.

This place did not disappoint! It really is a million dollar view from the balcony! Location was great - very peaceful and quiet! The binder with restaurant menus was a perfect addition so that we could easily navigate to the best places to eat in the area! The owner was very communicative to address any questions we had! Beautiful View

Waterfront balcony was the highlight of our trip. Plenty of soft comfortable linen. We had everything we needed to make our stay comfortable. Sea wall construction was noisy and made for a messy beach. Lucky it was a cool week because the presets of 74 degrees during the day and 72 at night on the air conditioning would not have been cool enough for us. Close to great restaurants and markets.

I had to give this condo a 5 star rating. It was beautifully decorated. Had everything you could possibly want and more. Even a little bag of things you may have forgotten.And.....I had forgotten toothpaste and there it was!!I can't say enough good things about the place. I will return!

Summer vacation

Condo was beautiful and served our needs. I misunderstood no laundry in condo, but must pay 2.50$ per load wash and dry, so one load is 5$. I’m used to throwing towels in dryer every afternoon so that was disappointing, but not a deal breaker. Also beach wall was crumbling and apparently took part of deck with it but there was access to beach.
