The property lost its charm quickly when I learned I was advised of 40 dollar self.park ((hotel charges you) and you go and park at the lot that is only $20. There is no value added benefit provided by hotel. Additionally we were up ALL night from ambulance and police sirens every night until 5:30 AM.

Stay clear of this hotel if you don’t want unknown outrageous charges on your card that they DO NOT notify you about. These people ended up maxing out my credit card for a weekend stay because of a parking fee. It was meant to be $40 ($20 per night) and they charged me over $3,000!!!!!! I got an alert from my credit card saying I went over the limit and couldn’t use it for all weekend because of this. After I had to reach out to them, they were saying they didn’t see the charge and I had to wait for a manager. When I spoke to the manager she told me the person put in the wrong number for the parking fee. They said they cancelled the transaction but it took almost a week to return to my card so I still could not use it during that stay. They did not refund me for the stay itself because I booked through Expedia.Otherwise they would have. I told Expedia this and they were essentially like it’s not their problem. I told them I would be getting a refund had I not booked through Expedia and just booked through this hotel and all they could say was sorry. Absolutely horrible customer service. Never experienced anything like this in my life. This is fraud to me. Do not book with Expedia if you are ever in a bind. They will not help you.

The front desk staff weren’t very efficient nor helpful. Our room wasn’t cleaned as scheduled (our other party’s room wasn’t either) and so we had to go ask for new towels. Breakfast options were nice! Parking deck was PRICEY but there was a cheap parking lot a block behind the hotel.

Buyer Beware! The hotel charges $40/night for off site parking ($59 if you use valet) - but the posted rate at the lot is $20. I asked the hotel desk about why the hotel charges twice the posted rate, they said it allows you to go and come as you please (which you could do if you self paid at the lot since there is no attendant and it is based off your license plate) and they said the hotel monitors your car in the lot (the lot is a block from the hotel, and after midnight the parking valet left so no one was monitoring the lot from the hotel). As I walked back after parking in the parking lot, I walked past people opening doing drugs on the sidewalk and was also approached by an aggressive panhandler. As we dropped off our bags in front of the hotel, there is water coming out of a hotel drain onto the sidewalk at the unloading zone. The sidewalk was dirty, and the water was mixing with the filth - not something you would want to set your bags in. The wet tiles were also very slick - several of our family members slipped on the wet sidewalk tiles. Thankfully everyone was able to catch themselves without fallling. We had two view rooms with awesome views, but in both rooms the black out blinds were not properly adjusted - some would only partially open, obscuring the view, and the chain was broken on one of the blinds. One of our two rooms had an unpleasant smell (thankfully the other room was OK). The rooftop view area was awesome, but when we went up there was a guy smo

The room accommodations were very basic. The queen beds felt more like full size beds with simple sheets and a simple bed cover. The lounge chair in the room was old and dirty. There wasn't a closet to store clothing and luggage away but rather a standard sized armoire. The views from the room were nice and there was a good breakfast selection. The property was allegedly pet friendly but there was no grass anywhere in the surrounding area to accommodate walking a dog. The property was in the downtown area where there is no grass. I think they said pet friendly just to reel in more paying cutomers to the hotel. The $40+ tax self parking is located off site around two blocks away because there is no parking area at the hotel. The valet parking for $59+ tax is only the 3/4 parking spots on the curb immediately in front of the hotel. My stay wasn't worth the price I paid! This hotel should invest in upgrading the rooms and amenities to ensure the stays for the customers are more pleasant and enjoyable!

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very nice! The rooftop patio was a great option for seeing the city and relaxing in the cooler evenings. It was walkable and offers easy and secure parking options as well!

The hotel was one of the cheaper options and was in walking distance to restaurants and attractions, although other hotels were closer. They had transportation options. Staff was never rude, but the hotel couldn’t provide extra pillows or blankets for several days. They had wiring issues, which was still a problem when they moved us to another room. We couldn’t turn all the lights off at night. The toilet was always running and the curtain was broken so we couldn’t enjoy the view. The shower was huge but the water pressure was not.

The Hotel itself was fine. We didn’t like the cost of PARKING AND the parking is offsite, it’s about a block away which is just ridiculous. Also, there wasn’t a swimming pool, which was a bummer for the kids.
