Spacious place close to Bourbon St.

The home was nice and spacious, located just over a mile from bourbon St. and St Charles St. (walking distance). The kitchen was pretty well stocked, except for the pans, and storage and mixing bowls. The bathrooms and laundry room was well stocked. We had a lot of rain during our stay, and had a leak in one of the windows. Other than the check in and out instructions, we did not get any response to any of our questions or concerns.With all that said, we would stay there again.

Great, large apartment

This top, 3rd floor apartment has all the items you need. Four bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, dishes, pans, etc. There are a lot of stairs to get up there so be prepared for some exercise. Neighborhood is pretty quiet and it is a drive or an uber to get anywhere, but still a nice apartment.

50th birthday celebration

This place was more then we expected! It was very spacious and had beautiful floors. A few minor items, curtain fell down on the way out to the balcony and some of the structure design was awkward but manageable! I would certainly revisit this property again. The location was decent and had some local stores

Great location for Mardi Gras parades

We enjoyed the location within walking distance to St. Charles for the Mardi Gras parades. There is also a quaint little brunch place next door with super food and coffee - Cafe Porche and Snowbar. The condo was clean and had a minimalist, palatial vibe with the white marble floors.

Excellent space for 3 couples Great location near St Charles Avenue to watch Mardi Gras parades. Excellent coffee shop, bakery nearby.

It was ok

This is a third floor unit that was mostly clean but the bathrooms were somewhat dirty. Conditioner or soap was on the bathroom walls. Dust bunnies on the floor. There was no hand soap in one of the bathrooms & the people below us were really loud at night. It’s advertised as having two king beds but there is only 1. The location was close driving distance to many things which was nice.

The location was good and the unit was very clean with comfortable beds. The wi-fi buffered a ton, so it was difficult to watch tv, but we did not come to NOLA to watch tv, but that is why 4stars. Really enjoyed our stay, but events of 1-1-25 will stick with us for a long time. Be Well NOLA

Visiting History

This property was ideally located to visit the National World War II Museum and the French Quarter. All this was in easy walking distance, about a mile one way to the French Quarter, less for the museum.

AB Conference Week

Excellent response from an initial survey stating that we had no bowls in the unit. They arrived the next day. Well done. There are also no dish rags and the dishwasher soap is old and hard. Things were great all week until the weekend when some other tenants in an adjoining unit had a pot smoking party which filled the master bedroom with pot smells. They were also up late into the night with loud music. Don't know how you avoid this or if you have a better screening process. We were totally happy with the unit and the service provided by VRBO. Host was tremendous.

Easy location, great space

Location is great and mostly walkable to anywhere you want to go, tho it abuts some not-great areas so be careful which direction you walk. The front door was broken but fixed very quickly once reported. The ceiling fan and lighting in primary suite is strange and all-or-nothing so you can’t sleep with just the fan on and no lights but otherwise all was perfect!

Good place to stay

Pros-Large space, well equipped, clean, plenty of seating Cons- Description indicated 2King and 2 Queen beds, which is a primary reason for choosing this property. Instead there was one King and 3 Queens. One room was missing a door handle. One bathroom door hit the overhead light every time you opened it. Ran the dishwasher overnight and it appeared to clean but wouldn’t stop running. Overall a good place but several details need attention.

I thought the place was very tasteful modern even being in an old and historic city like New Orleans. My family and I were pleasantly surprised with the bedroom sizes along with the height of the ceilings.
