Sink would not drain, reported in the morning AM and was not attended to, had to ask again PM evening for them to take care of it. "My stay at the Imperial Motel Windsor was good. The room was very clean, the bed was nice and comfortable and the shower had very hot water with great water pressure. The motel seemed quite full with guests and there was enough on site parking for everyone. In some of the other comments people had mentioned having difficulty with the keyless entry, I found it very easy. The only downside was there was no toaster or microwave in the the room although there is a microwave downstairs in the foyer area. If your elderly or have mobility issues you might want to try and pre-arrange a ground floor room as there is 3 levels and only stairs. The stairs could be a little tricky if you had heavy or extra baggage to carry. I would definitely recommend this motel as it's pricing is exceptional compared to other motels in the same area."
