Flight Review

Feb 12, 2020

I did not get the window seats that I booked through Travelocity. Apparently I was supposed to call airlines and Confirm the seats after booking through Travelocity? The airlines gave us good seats but not the ones we booked.

Thank you for ur good customer service,

Dec 15, 2019

More leg space and space in toilets would be helpful. Somewhere to walk toddlers also. Planes no real common area. 14 hrs long time for anyone let alone young kids. This would make flight more enjoyable for other passengers also.

How to get through airport security fast when traveling to Brisbane

Make your trip to Brisbane a little easier by following these handy security tips:

  • Keep your boarding pass and travel ID somewhere handy. They'll be the first things you'll be asked for by security staff.
  • Take off your belt, jewellery and shoes before approaching security. Items such as these are not allowed in the body scanner.
  • Ensure your laptop and electronic devices are within easy reach. These items need to be put through the X-ray machine in separate bins.
  • Lip balm, toothpaste and other toiletry items in gel, liquid or cream form need to be stored in containers no larger than 3.4 ounces (100 milliliters). They also need to fit in a 1-quart (1-liter) clear zip-lock bag.
  • Consider the type of footwear you want to travel in. Slippers are great because they're a cinch to slip out of when you're doing the airport security checks. Try wearing a pair on your next flight!
  • Pack any multi-tools or other sharp items in your checked luggage. Airport security won't permit such things in carry-on baggage.
