We had a fantastic stay at Meriton Suites Herschel Street. The room was absolutely spotless on arrival, with fresh linen and a beautifully presented bathroom. The suite felt modern, spacious, and very comfortable. The staff were professional, welcoming and courteous from check-in to check-out. They were happy to assist with any questions and made the whole experience seamless. The amenities were also a highlight — the pool and gym were well maintained, and the location was perfect for exploring Brisbane CBD. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return!

The gentleman who booked me in was very courteous and helpful, ten out of ten for him. The rooms were clean, had to use the bathroom at the lobby and it was spotless. Could not fault our stay and would certainly be back. Well done Meriton.

Easy check-in and check-out process + friendly staff. Spacious and clean rooms. Provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, dish soap, and laundry detergent. Loved having a washer and dryer in unit. Location was great; near bus and train stop + a lot of restaurants and a grocery store. Stayed twice for a few days at this location and enjoyed both times.

The room was spacious with nice amenities and a view, but worn down. The carpets seemed like they hadn't been vacuumed in a long time. Outside of the beautiful lobby area, everything just seemed like it wasn't well maintained. For example, there was a piece of candy sitting on the carpet in the public hallway on our floor for most of our stay implying that no cleaning staff even came to our floor for the days on end. In the gym, half the machines weren't working. Location is convenient and we were able to walk most everywhere we wanted to go.

It was just…..ordinary. Rooms were neat, compact and functional. Staff do not do what they say they will. Do not return calls or emails. Left some non food items in fridge, was told they must have been thrown out, funny that the cleaner of my room could not remember seeing anything. Hmmmm…?? Took staff 3 days (and my phoning them everyday) before finally I asked to speak to a manager to be told…they must have been thrown out. No care. Pillows were nice.
