Very confusing to find the reception as there is one flag out front of building with CLLIX then behind reception says Brisbane Casino towers, thought I was in the wrong place, told that to person checking me in and he just laughed. Room wasnāt ready when we arrived for check in at 2pm, was told to come back later as they had 40 plus rooms to be cleaned that day, I asked for the keys and he reluctantly gave them to me. Our room was clean by the time we got up there 20mins later, then received a text an hour later saying room was ready and to collect keys. The room was dated, dusty, all fans had very visible dust and air con vents were covered in dust, broken furniture, mold in both bathroom vanities. Hand soaps were empty. Towels were stained. Didnāt want to use kitchen as it was dirty, some cutlery missing, no drinking glasses except wine glasses. Didnāt feel child friendly at all. When we left there was nowhere to dispose of cardboard pizza boxes in designated waste disposal area.
