The place was clean, close to most attractions in Brisbane, and the bed was a bit hard, but overall, it was worth considering. I didn't view the pool area, so I can't comment on the pool.

Overall the location is very good and with a great view. The apartment that I was allocated was not very clean at all. Stains on the carpets that were not very appealing, stains on the bathroom floor that appeared to be dried blood. I only stayed for two nights on a stopover trip so no complaint at the time. Recommend the location but the apartments themselves are dated and in need of some care and attention. Check in was easy and smooth so overall a 3 *.

Great location but unsure if it was just our room or the entire complex, but our room was extremely sparsely furnished, the air con was hot cold hot cold, the patio door wouldn’t unlock, the bedroom ceiling light was broken and the pillows were dreadful. The pool area was unsightly which was a real shame because it had a great view. Very average. I won’t be back.

The BEST home away from home.

The staff are exceptional, nothing is too much trouble, they are friendly and accommodating. THANK YOU to all, especially Adil and LouLou, a very special request was granted recently, and I truly appreciated it. If you want somewhere where they make you feel at home, this is the place!!! It's close to everything, shops, Sth Bank, and good food. See you all again soon.

Great location close to everything and walk across the foot bridge to South Bank. The hotel was showing its age and there was work ongoing at the hotel and very few facilities. Staff were friendly and allowed us to leave our bags at checkout which was good.
