Found the bathroom old and not in great condition. Dirty door jamb, shower door old and gungy. Windows dirty. Kitchenette was inadequate, had to boil kettle on a shelf, needed to reach up to get hot kettle. No bench space at all. Cooker - didn't use, we thought it was dangerous - no exhast fan above, gas too close to microwave. Had to use two remotes to get TV working. Toilet seat was loose. Location was convenient for our needs, but would look elsewhere next time. Receptionist was friendly. Lifts were claustrophobic.

The water was very slow to get away on the bathroom sink & shower. But it was very clean. Bit expensive for such a small room but a great location & great staff. The surrounds need a hose but I’m assuming that is not the Gabba units fault. We had a good experience there

Their were numerous problems eith toom including powerppints that did not work, the kitchen had no cold water and the fridge was faulty. It was clean though and the tv had all the sporting apps for free.

Nicely appointed. The room -kitchen was not prepared for a 12 day stay on my arrival. Most everything was rectified within 2 days. Light in kitchen was out, had to defrost 4inches of ice in freezer compartment, TV was not connected for use until the following day. The handyman was friendly and competent. Staff were pleasant and helpful. Bodywash and shampoo were refilled eventually. I was shown how to use the gas stove and washer safely. Pool area was pleasant. After a slow start I felt well taken care of.
