Good hotel with malls and eateries within walking distance. Bus stand is near to commuting to CBD is not a problem. Rooms are clean and spacious.

The rooms were smelly and dirty. Staying as a group and at least one person changed rooms due to the odour and lack of cleanliness. It is a half way house for people coming out of hospital or escaping domestic abuse and didn't feel safe.

The property was under whelming.....smelly....noisy and just not a nice place.Expedia should make it quite clear when booking thru them you don't get a daily service.The hotel staff at front desk where not very helpful and i won't book thru expedia again.

The doors closing to the apartments are very noisy as is the lift. The microwave in the kitchen is so big that it takes up much too space. The only power point in the kitchen is behind the microwave making it hard to use the toaster or kettle. The lounge furniture in our apartment was stained, old and very uncomfortable. Cigarette butts found on our balcony and around the pool area. I did appreciate that there was an after hours number which I utilised when I could not use the oven. I was given instructions on the ovens use. The apartment was in dire need of refurbishment. The drap s in the lounge and bedroom allowed light to penetrate them and made it difficult to sleep.car parking was very limited. We may stay at hotel Chino again due to its location however hope that our comments here are considered and not dismissed with excuses.

Really loved my stay here. For anyone dependant on WiFi this hotel probably had the best WiFi (good speed and no disconnections) of all the hotels I’ve visited. It is close to shops (3 minutes walk) and transport. The only negatives were the doors between the two rooms were a bit noisy – lucky for me the guest next door only went in/out once a day. Also I couldn’t see anywhere to put my recyclables. Maybe I didn’t look hard enough though. I highly recommend staying here.
