Property was perfect for my needs over the weekend, however there was zero knowledge of Expedia Gold VIP perks, so, property is great, just don't go here if you are going because its a VIP property, that means nothing here.

Happy with my room but it wasn't as clean as it could be, inside kitchen cabinets not cleaned and grout in bathroom dirty/mouldy. This was all very minor and I still had a great stay, this could just be picked up for future. Very good location, close to everything! Would stay again :)

Staff were very friendly and the apartments are very convenient to Southbank and QPAC. The beds were comfortable and kitchen reasonably well appointed. Unfortunately it is in need of a good deal of maintenance with loose tiles in the shower under foot which made it quite unstable. The air conditioning is very loud.. good if you like white noise to sleep to but otherwise you’ll be awake all night. Apartment was also not the cleanest with exhaust vents full of dirt and dust. Some renovations needed to get up to scratch for the amount you pay.

A clothes moth infestation and dysfunctional customer support meant our stay was very disappointing. We were shocked by the lack of cleanliness and hygiene. I have no idea how the hundreds of dead and living moths, including badly eaten carpet and many dead moths on the roll-up blinds and wardrobe, weren't picked up on before our stay. Whilst we were able to change rooms eventually, we unfortunately had to make several trips to the foyer to remind the receptionists that we were being provided with a new room and no one proactively provided us with support. Compensation was minimal considering the disruption to our stay and delay in providing adequate customer support.
