Room was very comfortable. Only down side would be zero view as it looks into another building. They have roll down shades that still let some natural light. Try to stay on higher floors. The gym was great for a hotel and the breakfast was delicious. Good proximity and walkable to most areas.

Room was clean ish, although it needed to be cleaner. Light switches grimes, cupboards grimey. Very basic facilities, no dish cloth. Staff were helpful and courteous.

The rooms had a really nice decor and the bathrooms were very modern. But the highlight was the 12th Floor buffet that had a fantastic view of the Gabba, as well beautiful fruit and pastries every morning. The carpark is a bit tricky to navigate and the entry was best accessed by going around the block, because the lack of signage surprised us. The shower had an overrun issue, but the extra towels mopped it up well. Overall though, it was a really enjoyable and comfortable stay, with very hospitable staff.

disappointed , although we had an upgrade? Why I don't no ?Nothing was in the room, no minibar, bottled water, faulty blind, bathroom had no towel rails, no toilet paper holder, shower floor very slippery.. No roof top bar and restaurant, only food available was for breakfast. Taxis and Ubers were reluctant to stop or pick up because of the location, not adequate parking or turn around. So - not a pleasant stay.

The beds were very comfortable. Staff were professional yet friendly. Room very clean. We were fortuante enough to have a car park which was essential for us. Be aware there is limited car parking which was not shown when we booked.

Stay was a mixed experience. Staff seemed nice enough, room wasnt bad but wasnt great. The cleanliness in some aspects missed the mark face washer had what looked to be a dry blood stain on it and the balcony area had cigarette butts on it. Was very dissapointed to arrive and find out there was no parking at all available for guests.
