The laundry setup was terrific other than there was no evidence of how to turn on the washing machine. The dryer worked perfectly so did handwashing then drying instead of using the washing machine.

This hotel made for the perfect location to get ready for my wedding. The views of the Story Bridge were priceless. We were lucky to be placed on level 79! The parking wasn’t ideal, considering there’s a cheaper park next door for less than half the price. If only we had realised earlier, I would’ve parked there instead, purely to save a bit of money (weddings are expensive as it is). The leg of the couch broke while we stayed there. We informed the staff at reception and were advised someone would check it the next day. It seemed as if the couch was built incorrectly and the wooden leg not secured properly upon installation. Nothing came of that - but other than that and the parking situation, we cannot fault this hotel. It’s very central to everything within Brisbane CBD and feels very fancy. We are glad we booked here for our wedding weekend.

The location was great and the hotel offered good value for money. However, our room faced a construction site, and the noise was terrible — it continued until midnight and started again around 6 a.m. The window couldn’t be opened, so when we cooked inside, it was hard to ventilate the room. I complained to the hotel about the construction noise, but there was no response (communication is only available via WhatsApp). They only replied the next day when I asked for more towels, which felt unprofessional and frustrating. They eventually moved us to another room, but even though we were two people, we were assigned a two-room unit that actually felt smaller. The window frames were dusty, the showerhead was broken, and the TV in the new room wasn’t connected to Wi-Fi. The Wi-Fi connection on our phones was also extremely slow. Overall, while the location and price were good, the poor noise control, lack of proper communication, and unreliable Wi-Fi made our stay disappointing.

It was missing the basics - no wall hooks for the towels in bathroom, just 1 tiny rail for 3 people to share. No long mirror, only the bathroom mirror - could have easily installed mirrored sliding wardrobe doors. Pool was freezing and not heated, no spa. Had to go down 8 floors in the carpark to take the lift up to the room. There were chips under the tv cabinet that you could see when you sat on the couch. Would not stay here again.

The apartment was not clean. This included the walls, the towels, bedding, unvacuumed floors, and soap scum/dirt in the shower. Tea kettle was rusty so unusable. The staff were able to offer clean towels but I had to buy and use my own cleaning supplies to make the place habitable. This was a very disappointing stay! Would not recommend!!

The hotel was in a great location, very central, close to river, botanic gardens, shops etc. Reception wasn't especially friendly. The apartment was ok - a decent size but a weird, pokey layout. It had everything we needed though.
