We had an amazing time at the hotel Diana. The only thing was that the door handle to the bathroom was very squeaky and woke us up when anyone used the bathroom. I only say this though in hopes it’s something someone sees and can be fixed in room 217. But that was the only thing. Beds were amazingly comfortable! Location is amazing, staff were all so lovely and the shops right beside made it so very easy!

Great location, close to everything in Southbank and ferry terminals. Great food options next door. Comfy beds and overall a good stay. Bathroom could do with an upgrade or at least a deep clean i.e. cupboard doors. Bath was very slippery and non-slip mat had seen better days.

Hotel Diana was clean but a bit out of the way. Not near any nice restaurants. We were only staying one night so it was fine. Buffet breakfast was good value for $25. Staff were pleasant.

The cuttlery, cups and glasses were all smudgy and dirty The sheet on the bed had blood stains, the doona had stains as well, lucky there was spares in the cupboard, although they had a few stains it was less.

Very clean and spacious room. Easy checkin and check out. Very good spot to stay if dealing with anything at the Mater Hospital - it’s literally next door. We had a room with kitchenette and second bedroom and it was perfect for our stay. I thought it was good value for money.

Brilliant location for Southbank and great value f

We really enjoyed Hotel Diana. It was an easy short walk to the Western end of Southbank and to the convention centre. The in hotel breakfasts were good value and well provisioned - even for gluten free food. There were also local food options available. We were pleased to find this place and will absolutely be back to stay.
