Fantastic river and city view from 22nd floor. Room was small but fine for one and clean. Comfortable bed and nice lighting. Extra powerpoint would be good - standing a kettle on top of toilet is not safe. Alternative was on top of phone handset. Why not provide a small capsule coffee machine instead of tubes of instant Nescafe?

We made the right choice to stay at Ibis Styles on Elizabeth Street due to its convenient location. Everything you need is nearby, including a shopping mall on the same block and many dining options. We could easily take a bus to Lone Pine Koala Sanctuary. Taking an Uber from and to the airport was also easy, despite our late arrival and early departure. One downside was that we couldn’t use the washing machines in the property. We were told they would be fixed the next day, but we didn’t know if they would be as we only stayed there for two nights. Overall it was a nice choice. We'll consider staying at Ibis Styles again when we visit Brisbane.

The car parking was non existing. You risk a ticket if you pull up outside the hotel. The parking is under the mall up the road so you're walking through the mall with all your cases. We had to leave 4.30am to go to the airport, mall closed, bad directions from staff. 45 minutes to get into parking.

Reception staff were friendly on check-in. I wasnt told however anything other than where the restaurant was. I wasnt aware that the room card was also needed to operate the lift. I also didnt know that the port to charge my phone was at the back of the phone - as this was never mentioned. But this didnt help as I had a powerbank with an A-A connection, not A-C connection that was on the phone. So I went down to reception and asked if they had a plug that I could borrow, whcih they did, but the reception staff was unable to tell me if there was a charge or not for this. I needed to ask when my room was being cleaned, for me to have clean towels, although the housekeeping staff did come by once I mentioned it to the reception staff I was also expecting a print out of my stay, but was not given this I will stay that the location was perfect with being in the city centre

Great location! Small complaint: no hand towel, only one facecloth for 2 people. Given that we had reserved a room for 2 people the room should have been stocked accordingly. We appreciated the front desk calling a taxi for us.
