Room was not clean. Room service (food) was bad, we found a piece of plastic from pasta. I believe it is from the plastic container. Reported to the manager, he was nice and offer to no charge this meal. However, when we check out, I was still charged this meal. I have to tell the reception the whole story. Breakfast was not valued as $77 for two people. Very limited options. Sometimes you have to wait for staff refill the food. It is disappointing for the breakfast.

The staff can definitely be improved. I was quite confused with the way the parking worked and left feeling mocked by two female front desk staff. As I left both staff members were seen laughing together. Very unprofessional especially when I needed help as to understand how it worked. Also our food was delivered cold and soggy. It was expensive which was not an issue as we were excited to get room service though left disappointed. The hotel itself was great will definitely go back just wish we were treated with more dignity from front desk.

Great location! Two minute walk to the train station. Five minute walk to the queen street mall. Fantastic eateries and bars. The hotel itself is very high end. Staff extremely pleasant and helpful. Room was exceptionally clean, comfortable, with great amenities and beautifully styled. We had breakfast and dinner at the restaurant. The food was AMAZING. I was extremely impressed and so happy with our stay, that I HIGHLY recommend staying at Amora Hotel. We ourselves will definitely be back.
