Clean, comfortable, and great location.

While there is some very visible aging and wear in the unit (the bathrooms could really use an update), the property was impeccably clean and very comfortable. We were disappointed that the pool's heater was not turned on, which made us travel over to the Marriott to pay for their pool. But the proximity to the beach was wonderful, and we would definitely book again.

So much could be improved!

The condo is a great size but it needs some serious updates. Initially we thought everything was so nice but once we started using stuff in the condo, we were disappointed. The curtains in the master bedroom were ripped and didn’t close, the toaster barely worked and part of the element came off in someone’s bagel. The ice maker never worked even after reporting it to the management. They said they would send someone but no one ever showed. The condo itself could use a deep clean, such as baseboards and tile cleaning. The doors were all smudged and stained up and there was a lot of scuffed up walls. It has potential to be a nice places but it shows that it’s only getting the basic cleaning and maintenance. The building is so nice and convenient. I would stay here again but I’m not sure I would use a Vacasa property again.

Family get away

It was spacious and clean although it is a little worn around the edges. Everything worked and we had everything we needed. The view was spectacular. It was just what we needed for a quick get away. The company was friendly and available to help. The price was great.

The View Sells This Place!

Beautiful view of the Gulf from the balcony. Spacious rooms each with their own bath which was wonderful. Would suggest some basic maintenance such as deep clean front door and master bedroom door or freshen up the paint. Also secure the dishwasher so that it stays in place while people load and unload it. The ice maker was frozen over when we arrived. We had trouble getting the freezer to open fully. We called Vacasa, but ultimately had to defrost it ourselves in order to get it cleaned out and working again. Parking passes were also not in the unit when we arrived so we had to call about that as well. The passes were delivered to us, but no one followed up on the ice maker situation. It would also be nice to have check out instructions provided in the manual, not just on the app. Overall, we would rent this unit again. Our family enjoyed our time at Navarre and will return soon.

Loved the calming color scheme… also lots of empty storage space/areas to put your things … open shelving kitchen so you can see what’s available to use … 2 king size beds are always a plus. Only negative would like to have had a little better quality and comfortable balcony furniture but the view was fantastic!

don't rent this place

Was redone some years ago. i don't mind old, I do mind dirty. Mold in Master bath, outdoor furniture dirty, moldy broken, and old. dishwasher did not work, Wi-Fi inaccessible for 4 days. No disposal and kitchen garbage can had no top so I stared at scraped food everyday. dining and den chairs had slip covers, stained and dirty, no blankets. sorry owners, been to Navarre many times and love the building, have pictures and texts with the management if needed.

Love the beach and the water

Loved the location and the beach was perfect. The unit had some issues. The inside humidity was very high. The wifi password for the unit was not communicated until I sent a text to the building manager. There was a leak under the sink which shut off the water twice. The sliders were extremely difficult to slide; so hard that a previous occupant broke the door handle. Several cosmetic issues that detracted from the appearance.

Great Senior stay

Thank you for a great stay at Bella Mar. I brought my 90yr old Dad and 80yr old mom for 2 nights. The unit was very clean and accurate as pictured, I was most attentive to my mother's mobility with a cane. Access to the elevator was a very smooth and level 20ft, and then to the beach was about 400ft, also smooth and level, with a railing along the boardwalk. The total of 8 steps down to the sand were wide and easy to navigate. We were also thankful for the umbrella and beach chairs. My only notes of concern were that the property attendant wasn't in the office or answering the phone between listed office hours when I called to inquire about a lost item. Also, the dryer didn't seem to be producing heat. Vacassa staff were extremely helpful and prompt answering my questions when I called. Overall it was a perfect October stay with so much amazing marine life to thank God for each morning at sunrise. Thank you so much!

The condo was decorated nicely and clean. We had infants and a toddler and the rug in the den was way too rough for them to crawl or play on. Also the door was almost impossible to open and close. Just some things I noticed. We appreciate the communication and the rental.

Property was in a great location. We enjoy the Belle Mer and have stayed here before. Unit very clean but needs updating, painting... definitely shows signs of wear and tear. Kitchen stocked well.

Weather, Ocean And View Were Magnificent

The appearance when you walk in is excellent! It was comfortable. The condo is nice, just needs a little updating with paint scratches on walls. Door frames and headboards need to be cleaned.. The ice maker was not working so we bought ice. They offered to come see about it but did not want my vacation to be spent worrying about anything. I Wish I would have had more communication with owner before so I could have had answers to some questions I had. But we did have a great time!

Beautiful Property, Spacious Condo

Belle Mer is a beautiful property. The exterior of the property, as well as the common areas, are well maintained. The 3 bed/3 bath condo was very spacious, with beautiful views from the balcony. The kitchen was bright and open. (We did have to request new wine glasses as the few that were there were broken. The property manager had them in our unit the next day.) Overall it was a great location with great property and rental management. With a bit of a refresh I would definitely rent the unit again.

We stay in Navarre Beach every year so we are aware that the doors are hurrican doors. Not all doors are so hard to open and close. The livingroom door was rediciulous!! (The bedroom door squeaks liudly but was easy to open) We said we wanted maintenance to come while we were in the condo. They never came. When talking to someone after checkout they said maintenance had come and put graphite on. NO they didn't. Also after the storm there was liquid in the tracks. The towel bar in the bathroom by the front door is loose. The bed in the master bedroom (beachside) is hard and very very noisy. All bedrooms could use much better lightening. We all decided that even though the kitchen was fine and stocked nicely and the livingroom furniture was comfortable, we probably wouldn't stay there again. One lady could not open the door at all!

December getaway

Overall, a very nice property. Nicely furnished and decorated. Doors to the balcony are hard to open, very heavy. You can hear the neighbors, above and below when they are opening their doors. (I’m sure they are for hurricane safety). Condo has a sensitive water (Halo) system. The water went off twice, once in the morning after everyone had showered and we were leaving for the day. Another time at 3 am, everyone was asleep, someone got up to use the bathroom and toilet didn’t flush. It was an easy fix. The first time, after several phone calls, an easy fix.

Girls Trip

The condo was clean, spacious and had a well stocked kitchen. There were some cosmetic repairs (painting) that needed to be done as well as a new washing machine, dryer and lock on the front door. We did enjoy our stay and look forward to visiting Navarre again.
