This was a perfect pace for us to stay! Loved the open kitchen and living room. We traveled with our family of 4 and another family of 4. The bedrooms were the perfect set up for us and the common space made it great for gathering!

A really nice property for our stay at Nashville, quick Uber ride into the city. The host was easy to get a hold of, and very accomodating. Will stay there again if/when we return.

We had 3 families there and it was very organized and roomy. With 5 bedrooms and 3 baths made it very diversified. Location was super, close to Opry Mills and Nashville Zoo. Very open concept made it great with everyone seeing each other. Small steps down into living room was a breeze with our 16 month grandson. Had children accessories helped a lot!!

Everything was excellent website matched what was there? The neighborhood looked to be a little sketch but we had no issues and felt very safe the whole time everybody was friendly. Had one small issue with the thermostat when we first got there contacted the host and was fixed within 45 minutes excellent service would definitely stay there again.

Very clean, big, nice home. the open area of kitchen and dining room was perfect as 5 couples stayed here comfortably. neighborhood seemed questionable on the back alley area, but we had absolutely no security issues. We communicated with the host and we had fabulous response each time !! i would highly recommend and ubers picked us up quickly when needed.

Burn N Bush trip

The house was very nice in a decent neighborhood. The only complaint we have is with 5 couples we could have used a little warmer water for showers.

Group of 7 friends visited for a Hawks game. Place was perfect for our group and there was plenty of space for everyone! We enjoyed gathering at the kitchen table in the mornings with our coffee and deciding on our plan for the day. And in the evenings to talk about the days events. Centrally located with easy uber/lyft rides to Broadway. Would definitely recommend to any friends heading to Nashville and if our travels take us there again-would definitely love to stay again. Hosts were available for any questions or concerns. Place was very clean and very well taken care of. Loved that they had enough soap, garbage bags, tablets for dishwasher too!

Great property!

Newly remodeled and very spacious. We had 4 couples and had plenty of room. The open floor plan is a bonus. Large Kitchen table allowed us lots of time together. Appliances are new and met our needs nicely. Location is a 5-10 minute ride to Broadway and anywhere else we wanted to go.Genevieve was very responsive whenever we had a request or question. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was very well maintained and very clean. The description online matches reality. Seems newly renovated. Hot showers good water pressure. Just a couple of things- please invest in some new cookware- peeling Teflon is not healthy. Towel quality and size could’ve been better- they were thin and non absorbent. We needed up going to Walmart and buying some better bigger towels- for a reasonable price. Please consider upgrading!! And lastly- for a place just outside of the city and catty corner to a gas station with the property backing up to a car lot- please please consider the security aspect for your guests- add lights on the outside perimeter back yard . It’s entirely too dark on the sides and back. It would be an easy fix. The blinds in the back bedroom ..one of them that did not match also wasn’t the length of the window so it let the light in in the morning. Other than that- a great stay and the beds were comfy.

Amazing House!

My husband and I brought our parents (we are in our 30s and parents are 60s/70s) & our Labrador Retriever (Hank) to Nashville & stayed Thursday to Sunday in January. This was the perfect house for so many reasons. One of the cleanest places we have all ever booked, the house was spotless & smelled amazing. Which to be honest is extremely hard to come across when a home is pet friendly. Cleaning crew 10/10. The owner was so nice and professional, provided excellent communication & recommendations, and truly made us feel so welcome. The property itself is super cute and convenient to some great restaurants, Broadway & Bridgestone. Amazing house, amazing host, and just the best experience overall 11/10 - highly recommend.

We stayed here with a group of 7 and really appreciated the layout—plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, which made it a great fit for a girls’ trip. The host was also responsive and helpful when we reached out.That said, we ran into a few issues during our stay. The biggest concern was the front door keypad, which appeared to stop working late one night when we returned home. Fortunately, one of our group had already gone back earlier—otherwise, we’re not sure how we would have gotten in. There was no backup entry option provided, and the back door keypad was also non-functional due to missing batteries. When we took the front door lock apart, the batteries were corroded. There were also some maintenance and cleanliness items that seemed to have been overlooked. We needed to have maintenance come out to address a severely backed-up shower drain, and the garbage disposal was clogged as well (which we ended up fixing ourselves). The home could benefit from a more thorough cleaning, particularly dusting baseboards and higher surfaces. The yard is a bit run down, and the alley behind the house had frequent activity that may make some guests uncomfortable.Overall, we still had a good time, but given the issues we encountered, we were surprised there wasn’t any acknowledgment or gesture from the host.

Vacation in Nashville

Positives:1. The house was accurately described on website.2. The location of the house is good for all the things we did around Nashville.3. The house was very clean & neat.4. Communications with VRBO management was successful.5. The TV was very good.6. Easy access to highways and a lot of popular restaurants.7. All kitchen appliances worked nicely.8. All the showers were good.Negatives:1. The neighborhood is rough looking and bypassers were prone to littering.2. The gate in the back alley providing access to a third parking spot is permanently boarded closed.3. The houses is exceptionally outfitted with furniture and accessories for infants. We did not have any infants, so these items were simply "in the way".4. The big modular couch in the living room is particularly and surprisingly low, making it difficult for old people to get up & down.5. The ceiling fan/light in BR #2 did not work.6. The backyard suffered from a significant amount of dead chicken bones, making for troublesome access for our little dog.
