"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the little pink cottage. The a/c worked very well and the place was updated! Location to the beach was great but it was 150 feet to beach access path not 50 feet. We were disappointed that the screened in porch was not cleaned at all. Sand and debris were all over the table and there was evidence still there from previous renters. There was a boot tray that was right by the porch door and the sliding door that my husband slipped on it because it was right where you walked in. He almost fell. On the outside porch, there were 2 old rusty hinge like things on the railing that my husband almost cut himself on when he was hanging out our beach towels to dry. Overall, it was good and we enjoyed ourselves!"

"We are very appreciative for the opportunity that the owners afforded us. It was really great to be able to have the family per with us. It's a really nice house with a nice configuration with an open kitchen dining and living area. The upper level has a nice deck that you have water view and easy to access from the kitchen for morning coffee or evening meal at sunset, and thoughtful to have high chairs so there is no railing obstruction. The grill on the lower level is useful also. Wall to the beach is easy enough to do three times per day for a week. Coquina is also a very short drive. Very ideal for a nice week at the beach. "This was the perfect little cottage for a quick getaway. Everything was extremely clean and well maintained. Location was great, just a quick 2-minute walk across the street to the private beach entrance. The host was great, called to let us know the cottage was ready early, so we could check in as soon as we go to town. The listing is very accurate. If you’re looking for something fancy, this is not it. But, if you like the "true" cottage experience, you will not be disappointed. Side note, the private beach entrance is nice however if you are older or have some physical disabilities, the terrain could be challenging. We ended up driving the 5 minutes or so down the road to Coquina Beach. Free admission, restrooms, outdoor showers, and lots of parking. Beach access was great for us that love the sand but find it challenging at times. All in all, we had a great time, and this cottage was perfect for the time we spent in the OBX. :)We would definiately stay again!"

"Absolutely loved this place! We had a girls trip and it was perfect ! The condo was as clean , smelled good , kitchen stocked with a great variety of things !! The view was amazing and the short walk to the beach was perfect !! I had an issue with locking my keys in the condo and the response was amazing !! They text back and had another key within minutes that we could use !! The only issue was the elevator was not working and the luggage carrier worked when we got there but not when we left. This is not a problem with the condo we stayed in so I do not see it as a negative !! You will not go wrong with this rental property!"
