The property has excellent location to the beach. The facilities in the buildings are the ones in need of extreme maintenance, repairs and renovations. If you don’t mind staying in small hard beds but with amenities as: small kitchen with appliances here is the best price and location. For families will work if you bring all your own groceries and utensils. Again, price is great for location but the is not services or housekeeping in place.

I didn't like the fact that it was not ocean front as I had requested. It was not even ocean view. I did enquire about being on the first floor because I have a difficult time with steps. I did mention in my email that I did not want to give up my ocean front, I would just deal with the stairs. I guess that was overlooked. I feel like I should get some money back for all of that. One of the reasons I go to the beach is to watch the sunrise while I have my coffee. I was disappointed in the location of my room. My daughter lives there and I will be visiting often, not sure I will use this hotel again after all of that. I will say that the breakfast was good, but should stay open longer than 9:30 am

The room was ok for a short period of time. Found a beer cap by the bath room sink on the floor. They left an empty toilet paper roll, instead of changing it out. It was hidden behind the door. So hard to find it. Since i was by my self i didnt need to shut the door. Bath room was small. Breakfast was ok. The oj tasted more water down then it tasted like oj.

Definitely not worth the money

We arrived near 11 PM (we had informed them of the late arrival in advance). When we got up to our room it looked like it had been cleaned, then used by someone(s) for hours after. The beds were a mess, there was trash in the trash cans, and thing were disheveled on the sink and common areas. The attached photos are how the room looked when we entered. When we went back to the front desk 10 mins later, there was no attendant and the office was locked. So we were forced to stay in the used room for $350 a night. The “ocean view” from the second floor isn’t really a view of the ocean. It’s a view of the parking lot. But you can hear the ocean.

Hell hole of a converted best western. The staff was a single robot indian worker reading a script. Keys are handled through your text. Recent changes in knobs made it so the deadbolts couldn't lock. Place was dirty and smelly. Blinds didnt close all the way. Sink was in the bedroom. Bathroom was so small i hardly fit. AC leaked and was insanely loud. Parking was limited. Will never return.

The property gave us what we paid for. We wanted a reasonable rate on a room close to the water. The room wasn’t nice, but the staff was friendly and the location was perfect. It was good for a quick overnight trip to the beach, but I wouldn’t want to stay there for several nights. I thought it was good for the price.

The first front desk guy I spoke on the phone the night before check in was pleasant. They do not have front desk staff after hours but a video tablet. The layout of the facility was confusing as they have a whole separate building across and down the street which is where our room was. We got in and saw mold in the bathroom and on the painting frames above the bed! The furniture was damaged liked it was from a thrift store. There was a phone but it was not even hooked in to the wall! The mattresses were very hard. We asked for a late check out but got locked out of our rooms even though we were approved. We called at the desk and they gave us a new code however no apologies or customer service. Overall was not impressed.
