This unit is ocean view not ocean front. You can see both the city and ocean from both balconies so that’s nice. However if you are looking for more privacy where only the ocean can see you this is not it. I liked the space and layout and location was very convenient. However there were lots of broken things and wear and tear in the unit. Example, blinds were broke in living room and bedroom. Outlets were coming out the wall. Parts of the hardwood floor were broken. The outside of the refrigerator was a little scary with brown and black dots all around, I’m assuming it was rust but the inside was very clean so there’s a plus. We found sand on the floor before we went to the beach and hair in the bathroom upon checking in. I’m also not a fan of going to one location to get keys when there is no key because it’s a combination, this is something that can be sent by email and the pool keys can be left in the unit for guest. Same with checking out, it’s an extra step to go drop off pool keys to an offsite office. We had all the supplies we needed for 2 days and we didn’t cook. I would stay again for a short stay based on the value. The price is not bad for a 2 bedroom and the unit is close to everything! Just needs some TLC
