Prefect getaway!

This is a beautiful property with stunning views! Everything was updated and clean. Very spacious and the property had great amenities for the whole family. This is resort living for the whole family! May want to advertise that check in is off property in the listing. I've stayed in units in this building before, and they were keypad entry which eliminated having to go off prophet to reverting and drop off keys.

2024 family beach trip

We have stayed at Maisons before and love the location and beach. This was a nice unit, on par with the other ones we have rented in the past. We will look to stay there again.

The View from the Ninth Floor

Our stay was simply amazing! The condo was perfect, so well laid out and efficient. The beds were the most comfortable beds we've ever had while staying away from home! The staff were so helpful and kind. People were genuinely happy to spark up a conversation and wish you enjoyment during your stay. While there are indeed rules to follow, none of them were outrageous and all of them keep the building beautiful and enticing! We will definitely be back!

Third time we've stayed in the complex and third different condo we've utilized. Layout of this one was different than the other two. Tighter kitchen area. Overall very clean and exactly what the description states. Perfect for a family looking to get away.

2024 Myrtle Beach

This is our second time staying in this building. It is a fantastic location! This condo was wonderful. There were just a few small details,(I believe they had just updated, the lightbulb was out in laundry room, the handle for the sliding door, the screws were too short/stripped) but the management was notified, were super nice and were fast at taking action! I would recommend this to anyone, so relaxing!

Girl's Trip R & R

My friend and I absolutely loved this property! We spent so much time on the balcony of the condo in the mornings drinking coffee and staring at the ocean. We even caught the last Super Moon of 2023. The balcony view is so amazing! The amenities are as described and the beds are super comfy! The reason I gave check-in 4 stars is because it was a bit daunting upon our 10pm arrival to have to pick up keys from the rental office (not the condo location) which was about a 10 minute drive and then return keys to the rental office upon departure at 6am before heading the opposite direction to the airport. But once we got the key cards, everything went smoothly! I suppose there is probably no other way due to the rental arrangement. I'm only mentioning it so others can plan accordingly. At least we know what to expect next time. Because we are already planning to book again for next year! We loved the easy beach access, tiki bar, and location to groceries and restaurants. The condo was so spacious and beautiful and the balcony furniture helped make our stay so relaxing! Just what we both needed! 😎⛱️

We had a wonderful stay. This place is so nice. The room was great and the views were awesome. Enjoyed the pool. The staff is super nice and helpful. Great place to stay. Very clean and well kept up. I have stayed here 3 years in a row in different condos and all have been great!

property was as advertised plenty of dishes and cooking needs property manager not very nice didnt return call to see if room was ready and was rude when we arrived told to just come back at 4 even though it was 245 and noone was in the place loce the condo but will not rent again if north beach reality handles it

Fantastic Condo

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo. We've been going to Myrtle Beach for years and this is the first condo we stayed in where 2 bedrooms had an ocean view. The location was perfect for shopping and golfing. Having 24hr security was a nice amenity. I would recommend to family and friends.

Beautiful, well-kept condo!

The property was clean, parking was easy, every one we came in contact with were more than pleasant! Loved this condo, it was exactly as pictured in the listing! The beach was easily accessible and not busy or over-crowded! The kitchen was well equipped, but did not do much cooking. The 2 bedrooms with balconies were great and had beautiful views! When we come back to Myrtle Beach we will not stay anywhere else besides Maisons-Sur-Mer!!

Perfect getaway

Beautiful property. Beautiful beach. Beautiful unit. The only issue we had was the thermostat. We were either freezing or sweating. Difficult to sleep. We were not familiar with the system. Otherwise..... perfect.

Worked great for us

My wife and I and another couple stayed at the condo. The layout was perfect because we each had our own bedroom, bathroom, and balcony access with views of the ocean. Access to the pool and beach was easy. It was in a convenient location as we always like to stay close to North Myrtle Beach. We used Xplorie for the Pirates Voyage show and saved some money. The living room furniture wasn't the most comfortable but we're didn't spend much time in there so it really didn't bother us. We'd consider this place again if we visit Myrtle Beach with another couple.

Condo not clean and pool area never cleaned while we were there

Our room condo was not cleaned we found baby toys and crumbs and the carpet had not all been vacuumed. We drove 12 hours and shipped and were to tired to complain and have the come and clean as we just needed R&R

Great stay!

We loved the area, the building and the condo. I was prepared by reading other reviews that the property might not be as equipped as it actually was so that was a nice surprise. We loved the location on the beach. People in the building were friendly and helpful. Bar was great and was even good to the kids. There were a few cons. The key card to the beach to get in and out made things difficult as did the steps to get our wagon of stuff down to the beach. We bent a wheel! There’s no ramp so we had to pick it up and carry it down. Prepare for that if you stay at Maison Sur Mer. Access is great except for the ease of getting back and forth. There was also a rule at the pool that no one liked from talking to people and that was floats in the pool. Big downfall and not exactly family friendly as indicated it was but the pool was big so that was nice. I would also say we did not use the living room much as it was not comfortable. Couch was kinda awful. One chair was great but that’s it for that room. Kitchen needs a cookie sheet! Otherwise kitchen is very well equipped so if you are reading other reviews, this is an update to that. It even had salt/pepper and things in the shelf like sugar and cooking spray, etc. if you needed it. Amenities were great at the condo from the tennis courts to the workout rooms and the game room. There is a smell down there on the ground floor hallway that was not a favorite among people staying there. I think it may be a cleaning chemical as the place is spotless. Overall we had a great time and would go again. You cannot beat this view!!! We loved the lanai’s at this place!! Great way to wake up!! Lanai furniture was great just remember to look in the closet for the chair and lounge pads. 😀
