"Right next to the Illinois river this hotel has it all. Beautiful landscape, hot breakfast, on request hot tub in room, fridge and microwave, excellent wi fi connection, comfy bed, and amazing staff (except for one person who yells when she is on the phone). We were put in the annex on the second floor for the first night. People were running up the stairs to the third floor and up and down the hallway the first night there until 1 am. When letting the front desk know of this situation they gave us a room in the main part of the hotel on the 3rd floor so no one could run overhead and keep us awake. Such excellent concern and service is commendable."
