"I booked 11 night. Housekeeping did not provide complimentary water for more than 7 days and claimed the hotel ran out water. I wonder whether is this true or Housekeeping staff lazy. There are washing hand soaps and given on the 9th day. Manager in charge gave excuses when I made a complaint."

"I booked the wrong night so that was my mistake but when i arrived the staff were very rude and unhelpful and did not get me a room. Didn’t get my incorrect booking refunded either. Disgusting for a so called 5 star hotel. Will never stay at the Langham again"

"Perfect location for Spencer Street shopping at DFO. Close to public transport. We have stayed many times as a couple, it has been fine, basic but suits our needs. Our 11 year old came this time, family rooms in dingy part of hotel, and felt dark and our view was grey walls with poop all over them from the pigeons they started cooing at 6am. We tried to change rooms and they said all family rooms had no view."
