No BIBLE 9. THE MOST UNCOMFORTABLE BED that I have ever been offered in a hotel!!!!! 10. Reception staff not very welcoming - how about greeting your guests on arrival with a smile and a polite dispostion! 11. Spotted VERMIN on the ground just outside the hotel - DISGUSTING!!!!!
