Check in experience was terrible, staff member was passive aggressive, spoke over me when I was attempting to state about VIP status and made no attempts to include any perks of the stay. Nothing was mentioned about breakfast or offer of a late check out. Other staff I have spoke to throughout this stay have been amazing however the girl checking me in on multiple occasions throughout the stay was very moody and unapproachable.
