Handy location for concerts at Marvel. Have stayed multiple times. Recently stayed two nights in a 1 bed apartment for Metallica. Room was as ex̌pected had small kitchenette dinning and sitting area and was clean. Bed was comfy for me soft pillows. Room suited my needs. The indoor pool and spa is a huge plus my favourite part of hotel. Reception staff are friendly. The location is handy for tram access at stations at either la trobe st or William st. Also short walk to Queen Street and Elizabeth st and Melbourne Central shopping centre. Short walk to Queen Victoria market. Hotel not right in CBD in a quiet area but still close to everything. Also a Woolworths Metro 2min walk away.

Lovely stay. Nice sized apartment for two for 5 nights. Nothing was a problem to staff with personal requests. They were also happy to bring anything extra we needed to the room. The gym lovely warm spa and pool were a bonus to a well earned break.

Great location for walking into the city and it was only one street over to get a tram/train elsewhere. The pool and spa were excellent and we visited them every day. Breakfast had a good selection and our son particularly liked the pancake machine! We thought it was good value for a two-bedroom apartment so close to the city. The staff were friendly and helpful and it was very handy to be able to borrow myki transport cards from the reception. We really enjoyed our stay here.
