Great place to stay

Amazing stay. Staff at reception are lovely and make the process so much easier. We had the buffet breakfast, lots to choose from and was delicious. The beds were extremely comfortable. Highly recommend this hotel as it was also close to so much.

Room not to executive standard. Tired decor, room knocked about a bit and needed refreshing. Microwave not working on arrival, although quickly replaced. Coffee maker terrible, it didn't work properly. Blind broke in bedroom. Fridge opened wrong way. No spare bedding, such as a blanket, it was too hot on the first night due to weight of duvet. After asking twice on the second day, got a blanket to use instead of the duvet, although it didnt fully cover the bed. Hugh balcony, which was great but no seating or furniture so unable to use it. Staff helpful.
