One of Melbourne’s greats

Great variety of menu items and room service until 9pm. Night time room service menu was not as ideal as we would have liked we ended up ordering in. I have never met such wonderful welcoming staff, not just mostly bet absolutely everyone was amazing.

Well appointed

Well appointed room and good package deal but bathroom was showing signs of age and wear. Heating took a long time to get to a comfortable temperature. Service in the bar was slow. I was also unable to get an itemised bill to claim back my parking for a work expense.

The property is fine. Rooms are spacious. The location is great. Check in process could be improved. I am a regular guest and there is usually a wait to check in, no matter the time of day. The hotel should consider options to speed this up including electronic submission of ID documents, self check in system, or indeed putting more people on the front desk.
