¡Hola! Este es Clifton. Ofrezco reservas avanzadas y de último minuto (la cocina siempre está equipada con bocadillos gratuitos, palomitas de maíz, papas fritas, dulces, etc.)

En la comunidad, encontrarás el centro comercial Weinackers FAMOUS 1882 en la calle, Winn Dixie, Starbucks, Papa John's, $ Tree, etc. Si le apetece ir en un corto trayecto en automóvil, justo al final de Gov St se encuentra el famoso Pub Callahan's en Marine St @ Gov St.

Te encantará el condominio por el ambiente, la luz, la cómoda cama y la paz y la tranquilidad. Mi lugar es bueno para parejas, solteros, aventureros y viajeros de negocios.

Por favor revise mi otro condominio que he enumerado, propiedad # 3715750. Estamos más que felices de darle la bienvenida en cualquiera de los condominios. Personalmente saludo a mis invitados a su llegada las 24 horas del día, los 7 días de la semana, por lo que nunca es necesario buscar una caja de seguridad con una llave.

Great Stay

A very nice place to spend a night or two. The hosts are pleasant and keep the place clean. The decor is certainly not modern, but is comfortable. Don’t think you can find a better stay for the cost.

It was very close to where we needed to be. Owners were very nice. Decor very old fashioned but homey. Just wished it had curtains because the room was beaming at 7am and it woke me up.

Great location and even better hosts

The accomodations were clean and perfectly located, close to downtown but far enough from throngs of people. The hosts exemplified Southern hospitality: helpful, great communication, outstanding Mobile ambassadors and they treat you like family.

Overall nice place. Easy to find. Great communication with host. Only complaint is mattress was uncomfortable. Personal preference I know but it was the only thing I wasn’t a fan of.

My girlfriend and I loved the property. It was perfect for the two of us. Very quite, great location for what we wanted to do on vacation. Less than an hour to Dauphin Island and other beaches. 5 minute drive to local dining and culture area. Owner was very accommodating. My girlfriend left her favorite pillow and the owner mailed it back to her. We loved it! We will definitely be staying here again.

Great little room in central Mobile!!

Room was was very affordable, convenient, small, without fancy amenities if you need that look elsewhere. Clean and the host and family were gracious and nice people. If your just looking for a place to rest close to everything with the basics look no further.

Mobile Vacation

I wanted to come see a friend from Mobile, but spent more time by myself. Clifton and his son were gracious to show me the space, they had snacks and other necessities like pamphlets to see what there is to in Mobile. They answered any questions I had, even helped give me a ride to the nearest Winn Dixie since I flew into Alabama and had no car. They made my stay wonderful and made the apartment feel like home away from home! I would love to stay here again and highly recommend it! 😊

We loved our time here - the hosts were warm, friendly and accommodating! After a day exploring the area it felt like we were returning home! The apartment was roomy yet cozy at the same time - perfect for us. We really enjoyed the electric fireplace for our evenings - very relaxing! Great location - wonderful apartment - awesome hosts!

Decent Place to Stay

Honestly, the stay was fine. I'm a simple guy and this place was simple. No glitz or fancy but it's not priced that way. It's a little outdated but if you don't care about that then it's fine. The entire town of Mobile is sketchy but the property had a deadbolt on the gate and front door plus another lock up at the apartment door as well so I felt fine. The property managers were super nice. Only complaint was the Wi-Fi signal was not great and had to use my phones hotpot for internet on my laptop. I didn't let them know until I checked out as it wasn't a big deal to me but he said he wished I had. He said he was going to fix for future guests and offered me a discount if I ever come back, which I might for work. Once again super nice people and a decent place to stay.

The property is an older building in the central part of the city. It is well cared for and Clayton and son do a very good job of making sure we had everything we needed. They also helped with planning what we would do for our time there. We enjoyed our time in the area with plenty to do and see. This property is well located to help us do that.

Truly a home away from home

Renting the property online was easy and we had instant communication from the owners. Clifton and Damian met us when we arrived. I cannot say enough positive things about the apartment. It felt like home. Clifton and Damian have honestly thought of everything to make the stay enjoyable. The shower is amazing; instant hot water, that never ran out, and the pressure was like a massage. Plenty of towels and extra bed linens. Dishes and silverware. Snacks, condiments, soaps, shampoos, so many extras that is hard to list them all. And even with all of that, I honestly felt like if I needed anything else, they would have been glad to get it. The location of the property is great. Well lit and very secure. I swear, no matter what we were looking for, the GPS took us there in 7 minutes or less. Shopping, grocery stores, the best restaurants, museums, the Saenger Theater, parks, everything. All of that to say, we highly recommend these owners and their properties. We are already planning a return visit to Mobile and the date will be determined by when this property is available.

This property is an excellent value. It’s older but clean and comfortable. The hosts are very accommodating and live on site. It’s located on the edge of a lower income neighborhood but also on the edge of beautiful older Mobile and an easy drive to downtown. I would definitely consider stay here again.

Amenities

Clifton is super nice and helpful and responds almost immediately to questions and/or concerns. He and his son met us, showed us the rental and made sure our needs were met. My only complaint was the bed- it is not a queen (it’s a full size) and the mattress really needs replacing. I loved that Clifton had numerous snacks available, including our favorite popcorn, with a cute popcorn bucket. He also provides a verity of shampoos, conditioners and soaps. Clifton has tried to think of everything to make a guest’s stay comfortable and enjoyable.
