The service here was fantastic! It was super hot outside and we came in the evening from an AirBnB that was not very clean and the A/C barely worked. Blas, the manager, took care of us and gave excellent customer service. The rooms were very clean and remodeled, having everything we needed. Also was in a short walking distance to everything. We will for sure stay here again!

I WILL STAY HERE AGAIN!!

This “no frills” hotel is absolutely FABULOUS!! They contact you ahead of time so that you understand their hotel property rules. They are strict about visitors, but I don’t blame them. This place is almost hidden from the street! They make sure you are arriving on time because their front desk is open during the day. Susy welcomed me with a huge smile and friendly demeanor. She gave me several recommendations and got me checked in. I reserved the 2 queen beds with kitchenette! The room is huge, there are 2 closets, nice size bathroom, large fridge, a small sink and some basic dishes you can use. The AC is ice cold and the beds were sooo comfortable!!! You can walk pretty much everywhere and/or very easy to grab transportation!! Blas was also very helpful at the front desk!! I decided to extend my stay and he made sure I was also taken care of with no problems!!!

Great for a weekend trip

Excellent location. Exceptionally friendly staff. And Gigi the resident cat is adorable. The only reason I didn’t give it 10/10 is the hot and cold water control for the shower was reversed. Didn’t realize that until day 2 after 2 cold showers, but it was hot out anyway.

Very good property. Close proximity to the beach and all bars and restaurants. Extremely courteous staff. Bed good use an upgrade and the water takes a while to get hot but you can’t beat the placement. There is no parking available but cheap, overnight parking available on 13th (two garages) I did not like the “no guests” rule as I’m normally a single traveler and entertain one to two friends or clients. This was perfect for my work trip as I just needed a place to shower and sleep and will book again if I’m back in the Miami-Beach area!

Although the desk is only open on the evenings, the service is excellent. The rooms are big with a mini kitchen. Theres plenty of restaurants that are walkable. Beds were very comfortable.
