Great times on south beach!!

It was awesome. The room was perfect. The location was even better. The only drawback was no visitors. We had family staying at another hotel but this one doesn’t allow any visitors on site. The staff was great. I liked the secure access! Would definitely return!!!

Turns out, this property has a front desk that closes be 10:30,-11:00pm since our flight was delayed, we were unable to access our reservation. They refunded us $100, but we could have been there by midnight. Instead, we had to support another $300usd. For a different hotel. Those front desk restrictions should be mentioned upfront. Especially for a Friday night in South Beach. That was very unexpected.

The staff was amazing, they were above and beyond, big big plus. If you need to use internet or try to watch TV, forget it, this is not your place, never worket for 1 minute on our stay. Place is old but clean and again, the staff makes the stay super pleasant.
