Welcome to your dream vacation home! As you step inside, you`ll be greeted by a spacious and inviting living room. Upon request we can provide a rollaway bed to accommodate one additional guest.

Connected to the master bedroom is an ensuite bathroom, beautifully designed and featuring all the modern amenities you`d expect. The guest bedroom offers a bunk bed (full + twin).

The location of The Alexander Resort is also convenient for exploring Miami Beach. It is situated in the Mid-Beach area, which is known for its quieter atmosphere and easy access to the boardwalk. It is also just a short drive from the popular South Beach neighborhood, as well as other attractions like the Miami Beach Convention Center and Lincoln Road Mall.

PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS A $250 REFUNDABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT AND A DAILY $40 PER APARTMENT RESORT FEE PAID AT THE FRONT DESK UPON ARRIVAL. The resort and parking fees are paid separately from the price paid on the booking channel.

A 4% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.

Minimum age to book and stay in the unit is 21 years old (does not relate to kids staying with adults).

Beach and pool towels are complimentary and claimed by the pool area.

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).
