Overall good place for the price, though some of the amenities were not as seen in the photos, no toaster, different couch, iffy hot water since it's a shared complex. Clean sheets, plenty of towels and a spacious overall feel makes up for the negatives. 4 out of 5 stars.

Great location in proximity to the beach, restaurants, the Miami Beach Bandshell for concerts etc. Reasonably priced street parking. Apartment was clean, had comfortable beds, overall a descent space. Host was unresposive up until the night before the booking was supposed to begin, which was a bit unsettling at first, as there were some questions, and I was wanting to be secure that the booking was in fact solidified and legit. Once contact had been established however, the host was easy to get in touch with. Upon arriving there was a slight issue with the digital door lock, I was able to call the host and she answered immediately and provided me with an alternate code. Overall it was an enjoyable stay.
