Me and my sister enjoyed our stay quite a bit! The rooms were very nice and so was the staff. The only issue was the HIDDEN FEES. I book via Expedia which guarantees no additional costs, but there was an underlying resort fee that I wasn't expecting. Other than that, our stay was lovely. Looking forward to popping in very soon.

Lovely place

The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful at both check in and check out. The hotel is set up nicely and feels much more intimate than the large resorts. The only thing that had me lower my rating was an evacuation. There was a fire in the middle of the night. We were all executed due to the alarm. There was no communication during or after the event. There was some chatter the the fire was extinguished and contained to one room, but hotel staff never addressed us. It was unsettling.

The picture definitely does not match the view in person.The flooring was terrible.The wood was coming apart..The vent dripped water all night.We had to put like 10 towels all night to soak up all the water.They said they had no other room for us to stay in that night.So we d to stay in there with water leaking everywhere or find another hotel last minute 😡

False advertisement is illegal they will try to scam you for more money than your purchase price that says taxes and fees included be prepared to pay more than it states or they will rudely curse you out and threaten you to leave with police force and they do not even answer the phone and that's a purposeful thing a special thanks to the worker named Carlos which makes this American Business seem like it's a third world country

I like the homey feel of the rooms. We were able to cook in the room. There were very limited dishes & cookware. We had 2 family members stop by which was staying at a nearby hotel & we couldn’t even off er them a glass of water because it wasn’t enough glasses. Also we were only given 2 wash clothes the whole 4 days we stayed. The jacuzzi pool downstairs was filthy. I never seen them clean it. The staff also had a language barrier so I was unable to explain my needs.Would I stay again? Possibly, if there was nothing else available.
