Everything was exactly how it was pictured. The host was VERY KIND AND UNDERSTANDING… really close to Wynwood so it made a nice night out super accessible. Decently up to date the water pressure in the shower was nice….

Great place

I loved it...it was perfect for me. Wifi issues but didnt take long for them to fix. It is a problem to just extend tgey still want you to do on lime so you pay all those fees again. It was quiet, secure and dog friendly. I would highly recommend.

The first thing I will mention is that the listing made the space looks much larger than how tiny the space is. In addition the first thing I noticed was how disgusting the floor looked. It was obviously there ( and installed by a slot installer) There was a fair amount of money spend on electrical , painting new bath etc, why they left this disgusting floor is disappointing . Additionally the closet was refivulous. . There was only double hanging and virtually no where in the u it to put folded clothing, No shelving or dresser. And finally in the listing it says there are outdoor spaces and washer / dryer. The out door spacing ( if you call it that ) was a few bench for five units that were on the side walk outside the units and there was one washer/ dryer for all to PAY and share. Considering all of the above what I paid with fees ( 4000) was a tiogg.
