The staff was very nice the room not so much. We paid for a room for 6 because we needed to use the pull out sofa. The mattress was falling apart the springs were exposed all the way around it. I've never seen a mattress in such bad shape. The bathtub had a constant drip and there were some bugs crawling around, I assume cockroaches. I asked to change rooms but of course they were full and there were no other rooms. The staff was friendly but the only way to get ahold of them was to go downstairs and wait at the front desk. I was never able to get an answer when I tried calling. I would not reccomend staying there for the price I paid.

The person that checked us in says that our room isn’t ready even though it was almost 3pm and that if we signed up for Hilton reward she could give us another room for free, which she gave us two queens instead of our king. The room had a broken toilet, so we had to get another room. And she didn’t even give us cookies.

The room had odd scrapping and creaking sounds at intervals all night, the first night of our stay. The housekeeping staff, even after requesting that our room be cleaned, never cleaned the room. The front desk staff were very helpful in assisting our needs to add an extra day because of flight delays however. I would only recommend this hotel as a last resort for travelers.

The room was dusty. It look like nobody has cleaned for a while. They don’t clean the room unless we ask them to clean. The hairdryer was old and denaturing. I didn’t want to touch it.
