I would have left zero. Horrible hotel and staff, rooms dirty, staff non existent and dated. No internet, tv, phone, HOT WATER or staff. Raw sewage coming up from shower drain while you take a cold shower. I checked out without staying the evening and they would not refund my money. Travelocity not helpful and the cause of hours of frustration. Never again, stay away!

The rooms are in terrible condition, damp, with zero soundproofing. The bed linens feel unpleasant to the touch. The bathroom door barely closed and was peeling like puff pastry. Everything is very old, and an unpleasant smell starts to follow you as soon as you enter the hotel.

Room was clean but a bit worn and dated. Elevator was out the entire time we were there. We never received refill on coffee for the room or wash cloths after asking several times both from front desk and cleaning staff.
