This property is perfectly located in the heart of Ocean Drive, where you find ample dining options from the moment you step out of the door, to the beach located right in front of it. Unfortunately, our first night was awful. We were given suite 407, which not only had a clogged toilet, a clogged shower, stains on the bedsheets and walls, and to top it off, a completely broken window tile (which we had only realized the next morning when we felt a breeze as we approached the window). We had called maintenance twice to get our toilet unclogged, and while they were able to unclog the shower, the toilet still had major issues with the flushing. I spoke to front desk and was able to get a new room, which was much cleaner (although the sink was a bit clogged as well). I still don’t understand how the hotel could have assigned us a dirty and broken room.

The wifi never worked not once. The room had a view of an alley. The lights in the room flickered the entire time. The place smells, the carpet is dirty and old. The photos are extremely deceiving.

Location is great. Right in the center area of dining and shopping. The best part is a broad walk path that is great for pedestrians and bikers. Everything is convenient. The building is old but doable.

The hotel has a perfect location, the restaurant they have is good too. What I didn’t like is a poor sound isolation, I could hear everything and everyone near my room, also there was a noise of part of the building or something. Maybe because the building it’s is old. The worst thing was that extra fee they charge as a resort fee ($20 or so per night). I was charged additionally to my total payment when I got there.

The toilet in the room didn’t work so we had to stay in another room for 1 night. Location is perfect. Beach chairs, towels and bikes are included. They will also hold your luggage if you get there early or have a late flight.
